About Us

A lot of things happened for everyone in the year of 2020, for the Herzogs, one of those things was our tenth wedding anniversary. As we celebrated, we started to talk about buying a vacation home. My husband was drawn to the beach, and I was drawn to theme parks, Disneyworld specifically. We searched all over Florida from our Ohio home and once we found Windsor Hills, we knew that was where we wanted to be. We could see our two young sons growing up in that amazing community surrounded by the unreal amenities that Windsor Hills has to offer. We made our first purchase in Spring of 2021 and since then, we have spent many vacations enjoying all that central Florida has to offer. Many times we don't even leave the community, we love to watch our kids enjoy the pool, water park, playgrounds, theater, and our beautiful homes. We hope you will let our homes and community be the backdrop for your well-deserved family memories.

Maintained at the highest of standards, Windsor Hills truly is a "home away from home." At arrival, guests enter through an impressive entrance manned by a 24-hour guard staff. With its 5-star amenities, Windsor Hills is the perfect place to take a dip in the pool in between park trips.

*Please be aware that the waterpark will be closed January 2026 for resurfacing and safety checks*

Located at only 2 miles from the gates of Walt Disney World, there is no question why its location is one of Windsor Hills' best features. Within 20 miles, Windsor Hills is surrounded by world class shopping, dining, and other theme park related thrills.

Multi-million dollar clubhouse with game room, fitness center, and movie theatre.
A Market Place & Grill featuring snacks and other necessities needed on vacation.
Recreation area with two tennis courts that are lined for pickle ball, sand volleyball court, putting green, basketball court, and a picnic pavilion with charcoal grills.
Castle themed play ground complete with tunnels, slides, and multi-levels. The playground includes swings, ride-on toys, a dragon sand area, and giant chess game.
